WWF Attitude is the follow-up to WWF War Zone, and it will be Iguana/Acclaim's last WWF game. Attitude will feature 47 wrestlers (30 WWF Superstars, 10 Hidden Wrestlers, 5 Jobbers, and The Trainer) and custom wrestlers galore. There will be over 400 signature moves for each wrestler including trademark finishing moves and three taunts, three brags and three entrances unique to each wrestler. WWF Attitude will have two-man commentary featuring Jerry "The King" Lawler and Shane McMahon. 

Players can customize a custom wrestler's gender, strength, endurance, costume, body type, entrances and taunts. Players now can choose different eyes, noses, and mouths for their custom wrestlers. Additionally, it is now possible to write text on the clothing of wrestlers. Players can also select and save your own set of moves.

Attitude will feature a combination of 450 modes of play including Create-Your-Own-Pay-Per-View Mode, and a Career Mode. Create-Your -Own-PPV mode allows players to select match ups, Title vs. Non-Title matches, Specialty Matches and WWF PPV events. The career mode is for one to four players. It covers a major span of time, with the players all contending for the IC, EU, and Heavyweight belts. First off, there are several different arenas to wrestle in: House shows, RAW venues, and PPV arenas. You start out as a low-ranked guy who can only wrestle House shows. As you gain wins and move up the rankings, you earn the chance to wrestle in better, televised gigs. (Shotgun Saturday Night and Sunday Night HEAT) Moving forward, you earn the right to get on RAW. As you get close to the end of the month, if you're the #1 contender for the belt, you can earn the right for a title shot on the PPV. Also, as you get closer to the big match, the Champ will start grudging you in specialty matches, interfering in your process, trying to knock you out of the number 2 spot. This process is repeated for all 3 belts. 

Attitude will also feature: new arena environments, new wrestler entrances featuring individual special effects and music, selecting your win conditions, choosing your own opponents, weapons being available at all times (with the option to turn them on or off), 7 WWF Titles, and wrestling in the aisle, making your way back to the Titan-tron. WWF Attitude is set for a May/June 1999, release for Nintendo 64, Color GameBoy and Sony PlayStation.

Toughman Match: This is an option that is used with the 2 on 1 and 3 on 1 game modes. If toughman is on the disadvantaged wrestler must pin all of his opponents not just 1 
Iron Man Match: Turns the match into most pins within a specific match length. 
I Quit Match: Can win by submission only 
Finisher Only: Can win by using finisher only 
2 out of 3 falls: Must win 2 of the pins to take the match
